Benefits of sugar free chewing gum

Whilst brushing for 2 minutes twice a day is still the best way to keep teeth clean and healthy, researchers have found that chewing sugar free gum for 20 minutes after eating or drinking increases the production of saliva which helps to neutralise plaque acid and can promote the remineralisation of tooth enamel.
